Meeting Tip: Don't hand out documents at the meeting

Do not show up at a meeting with a batch of handouts. This will waste time if people must read notes at the meeting. Rather send notes 1-3 (ideal) days before the meeting AND make the readings as concise as possible so people will actually read it.

Simple but logical idea!
