You have to be pregnant before you give birth

Focus on the value you want to get with money instead of the money

Money is a universally agreed upon symbol used to trade for value. Instead of stressing about getting more money, keep perspective on more value. This may translate into money as a means, but value can come in other ways as well.

A leader has followers. "If nobody is following, you are not leading!". Also, if people are following you, they are following you to some place, which is called the VISION. So if we say leader, inherent in that definition is a vision and followers to that vision.
These days we have many managers (do things right) but few leaders (do the right things). "Common today is to be over-managed but under-led."
